1. Introduction
At Comparison Junction, we are committed to providing a secure, efficient, and environmentally responsible digital experience.
This Electronic Communications & eSignature Consent ("Consent") explains how Comparison Junction communicates with you electronically and how electronic signatures, electronic records, and digital transactions are used throughout our services.
By accepting this Consent, you agree that electronic communications and electronic signatures may be used instead of paper documents wherever permitted by applicable law.
2. Parties
This Consent is entered into between:
Comparison Junction and CJ OWL are brands operated by Comparison Junction, Inc., together with its parent company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, authorized representatives, contractors, and designated service partners (collectively referred to in this Consent as "Comparison Junction," "CJ," "CJ OWL," "we," "our," or "us");
and the Customer ("Customer", "Member", "you", or "your").
3. Scope of Consent
By accepting this Consent, you agree that Comparison Junction may communicate with you electronically and maintain electronic records relating to your relationship with us.
This Consent applies to all current and future products, memberships, services, websites, customer portals, mobile applications, and digital platforms operated by Comparison Junction and CJ OWL.

6. Electronic Signatures
You agree that the following constitute your electronic signature where permitted by law:
- Clicking "I Agree", "Accept", or similar buttons.
- Checking an acceptance checkbox.
- Typing your name.
- Signing with a mouse, stylus, or touchscreen.
- Entering a One-Time Password (OTP).
- Identity verification through an approved process.
- Digital signature platforms approved by Comparison Junction.
- Any other legally recognized electronic authentication method.
Your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
7. Electronic Records
Comparison Junction may create, store, and maintain electronic records including:
- Signed agreements
- Membership records
- Customer authorizations
- Provider authorizations
- Communication history
- Payment records
- Transaction history
- Customer support records
- Audit logs
- Activity logs
- AI interaction records (where applicable)
- Identity verification records
Electronic records may be used as evidence of transactions and customer instructions.
8. Consent to Electronic Delivery
You agree that documents may be provided electronically instead of paper, including:
- Contracts
- Reports
- Statements
- Confirmations
- Notices
- Disclosures
- Agreements
- Policies
- Updates
Delivery is considered complete when the document is made available through an approved communication channel.
9. Hardware & Software Requirements
To access electronic communications, you should have:
- Internet access.
- A modern web browser.
- A valid email address.
- A mobile device capable of receiving SMS or app notifications (where applicable).
- Software capable of viewing PDF and HTML documents.
You are responsible for maintaining your own devices and internet connection.
10. Keeping Contact Information Current
You agree to keep your contact information accurate and current, including:
- Email address
- Phone number
- Mailing address
- Communication preferences
Failure to update your information may delay important communications.
11. Communication Preferences
Where available, you may manage your preferences for:
- Marketing emails
- Promotional SMS
- WhatsApp messages
- Push notifications
- Product announcements
- Educational communications
Comparison Junction may continue sending essential communications required to:
- Provide services
- Protect your account
- Meet legal obligations
- Administer your membership
12. Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic communications by contacting Customer Support.
Withdrawal of consent may:
- Delay services.
- Require paper communications where available.
- Limit access to certain digital services.
- Prevent online account management.
- Affect your ability to use portions of CJ OWL or the Customer Portal.
Withdrawal does not affect electronic records or signatures created before the withdrawal became effective.
13. Paper Copies
You may request paper copies of certain documents by contacting Customer Support.
Comparison Junction may charge a reasonable fee for printing and mailing where permitted by applicable law.
14. Security
Comparison Junction uses commercially reasonable safeguards including:
- Encryption
- Multi-factor authentication (where available)
- Secure servers
- Access controls
- Fraud monitoring
- Security audits
- Audit logging
- Identity verification
Customers are responsible for protecting their passwords, devices, and account credentials.
15. Identity Verification
To protect customers and prevent fraud, Comparison Junction may require identity verification before processing certain requests, including:
- Provider changes
- Membership updates
- Refund requests
- Account recovery
- Sensitive information requests
Verification methods may include OTP, email verification, government-issued identification (where appropriate), or other reasonable methods.
16. Legal Effect
Electronic communications, records, and signatures shall have the same legal force and effect as paper documents and handwritten signatures to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
17. Changes to this Consent
Comparison Junction may update this Consent from time to time.
The latest version will always be available through the Customer Trust Center.
Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Consent.
