By accessing our website, creating an account, using our services, purchasing a membership, requesting a comparison, or accepting these Terms electronically, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our services.

Comparison Junction is an independent buying concierge and customer value platform that helps households and small businesses compare, evaluate, organize and optimize everyday products and services.

Home Warranty
Insurance
Financial Products
Travel
Moving Services
Other household and business services.

Services may change over time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

You confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age.
You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
You are the account holder or are authorized to act on behalf of the account holder or business.
All information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Our Services

Comparison Junction provides:

Product comparison services.
Buying assistance.
Savings opportunity analysis.
Concierge services.
Membership services.
Provider recommendations.
Provider coordination.
Renewal monitoring.
Customer support.
Customer value reviews.

Comparison Junction does not manufacture, own or operate the third-party services being compared unless specifically stated.

5. No Guarantee of Lowest Price

Comparison Junction aims to identify suitable options based on the information available at the time of comparison.

We do not guarantee:

the lowest available price,
availability of every provider,
approval by every provider,
savings in every case.

Any guarantees are governed solely by our separate Savings Guarantee Terms.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information.
Promptly update any changes.
Review recommendations carefully.
Obtain any required approvals.
Keep your login credentials secure.
Notify us of unauthorized account access.

7. Customer Authorization

Certain services require separate authorization through our:

Customer Authorization & Representation Agreement
Provider-specific authorizations
Membership Agreement

Comparison Junction will not switch providers or make service changes without your authorization unless specifically permitted by law or separately authorized by you.

8. Third-Party Providers

Comparison Junction is independent of utility companies, telecom providers, insurers, lenders and other service providers unless expressly stated.

Recommendations are based on information available at the time of comparison.

Provider pricing, eligibility, availability and promotions may change without notice.

9. Membership Services

CJ OWL memberships are governed by the separate CJ OWL Membership Agreement.

Membership benefits may vary depending on your selected plan.

10. Payments

Where applicable, you agree to pay all applicable:

Membership fees
Service charges
Taxes
Government charges

Payments are processed through authorized payment providers.

11. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by:

Membership Agreement
Refund Policy
Savings Guarantee Terms

Provider-specific cancellation policies may also apply.

12. Savings Opportunity Report™

The Savings Opportunity Report™ provides personalized recommendations based on information available at the time of review.

Recommendations are informational and should not be considered financial, legal, tax or investment advice.

Implementation decisions remain solely the responsibility of the customer.

13. Intellectual Property

All content, software, logos, trademarks, reports, dashboards, methodologies, frameworks, graphics and materials are owned by Comparison Junction or licensed to Comparison Junction.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Savings Opportunity Report™
Value & Risk Guard™
BIO™ (Buying Intelligence Optimization)
Customer Trust Center™

No content may be copied, modified or distributed without written permission.

14. Privacy

Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you consent to our collection, processing and use of information as described in that policy.

15. Electronic Communications

You consent to receive communications electronically through:

Email
SMS
WhatsApp
Customer Portal
Mobile Application
Electronic Documents

You may update your communication preferences at any time, subject to legal and operational requirements.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Comparison Junction shall not be liable for:

Third-party provider actions.
Service interruptions.
Pricing changes.
Customer decisions.
Indirect or consequential damages.
Losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the customer.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Comparison Junction and its affiliates from claims arising from:

misuse of our services,
inaccurate information provided by you,
unauthorized use of your account,
violation of these Terms.

18. Suspension or Termination

Comparison Junction may suspend or terminate access where:

fraud is suspected,
false information is provided,
these Terms are violated,
required by law,
necessary to protect customers or the platform.

19. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

The latest version will always be available in the Customer Trust Center.

Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

20. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the contracting entity and jurisdiction specified at the time of service.

Where services are provided through Comparison Junction, Inc., applicable U.S. federal and state laws shall apply unless otherwise required by law.

By using Comparison Junction or CJ OWL services, creating an account, electronically accepting these Terms, or purchasing a service or membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
