CJ OWL Membership Agreement

1. Introduction

Welcome to CJ OWL.

CJ OWL is the membership program of Comparison Junction, designed to help households and small businesses continuously save money, save time, make better buying decisions, and protect their everyday services.

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") explains the terms governing your CJ OWL membership.

By enrolling in CJ OWL, you agree to this Agreement and the related documents available through the Comparison Junction Customer Trust Center.

2. Parties

This Agreement is entered into between:

Comparison Junction and CJ OWL are brands operated by Comparison Junction, Inc., together with its parent company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, authorized representatives, contractors, and designated service partners (collectively referred to in this Agreement as "Comparison Junction," "CJ," "CJ OWL," "we," "our," or "us");

and the Member ("Member", "Customer", "you", or "your").

4. Membership Plans

6. Membership Fees

7. Automatic Renewal

Unless otherwise stated:

Memberships may automatically renew at the end of each billing period.
Renewal reminders will be provided where required by applicable law.
You may cancel renewal before your next billing cycle.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through:

Cancellation will become effective according to your selected membership terms.

Fees already earned or consumed may not be refundable except as required by law or our Refund Policy.

9. Refund Policy

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

10. Savings Guarantee

Certain membership plans may include the Comparison Junction Savings Guarantee™.

Eligibility, exclusions, and claim procedures are governed exclusively by the separate Savings Guarantee Terms.

11. Member Responsibilities

As a CJ OWL member, you agree to:

Provide accurate information.
Keep your contact information current.
Respond to requests for information when required.
Review recommendations before making decisions.
Protect your account credentials.
Notify us of unauthorized account activity.

12. Our Responsibilities

Comparison Junction is committed to:

Acting with honesty and transparency.
Providing independent comparisons based on available information.
Protecting your personal information.
Delivering membership services with reasonable care.
Keeping you informed about relevant savings opportunities.
Respecting your decisions.

13. Provider Independence

Comparison Junction is an independent marketplace and buying concierge.

Unless specifically disclosed:

We are not owned by participating providers.
We are not obligated to recommend any specific provider.
Provider availability and pricing may change without notice.

Some providers compensate Comparison Junction when members purchase products or services through our platform.

Such compensation does not alter our commitment to customer value and transparency.

14. Customer Authorization

Certain membership services require your authorization under the separate Customer Authorization & Representation Agreement (CARA).

Membership does not automatically authorize Comparison Junction to switch providers or make account changes without your consent.

15. Communications

You consent to receive membership-related communications through:

Postal Mail (where applicable)

You may update communication preferences through your account settings or by contacting Customer Support.

16. Suspension or Termination

Comparison Junction may suspend or terminate membership where:

Fraud is suspected.
Membership fees remain unpaid.
These terms are materially violated.
Required by law.
Necessary to protect customers or the platform.

17. Changes to Membership

Comparison Junction may modify membership benefits, pricing, or features from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated in accordance with applicable law.

Continued use of the membership after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

18. Limitation of Services

Membership provides access to comparison, advisory, and concierge services.

Comparison Junction does not guarantee:

Specific savings amounts.
Acceptance by third-party providers.
Availability of every provider.
Approval for every product or service.

Recommendations are based on information available at the time they are made.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Comparison Junction shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of CJ OWL or third-party products and services.

Nothing in this Agreement limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Member Declaration

By enrolling in CJ OWL, I acknowledge that:

I have read and understood this Membership Agreement.
I agree to the applicable membership fees and renewal terms.
I understand the benefits and limitations of my selected membership plan.
I understand that Comparison Junction will not make changes to my services without my authorization unless separately authorized or required by law.
I agree to be bound by this Agreement and the related documents available through the Customer Trust Center.
