1. Our Promise
At Comparison Junction, we believe that every CJ OWL membership should deliver meaningful value.
We are confident in our ability to help members identify opportunities to reduce household and business expenses, improve service value, simplify purchasing decisions, and avoid unnecessary costs.
Accordingly, if an eligible CJ OWL member fully participates in our Savings Opportunity Review process, implements all eligible recommendations, and Comparison Junction is still unable to identify documented savings opportunities equal to at least two (2) times the eligible annual membership fee, Comparison Junction will refund 100% of the eligible annual membership fee, subject to these Terms.
This is our 2× Savings Guarantee™.
2. Purpose of the Guarantee
The purpose of the 2× Savings Guarantee™ is to demonstrate our confidence that CJ OWL membership delivers value exceeding its cost.
The guarantee is intended to encourage customers to work collaboratively with Comparison Junction to optimize their recurring household or business services.
3. Eligibility
The guarantee applies only if all of the following conditions are satisfied:
- You are an active paid CJ OWL member.
- Your membership account is in good standing.
- Your membership fees have been paid in full.
- You have completed the required Savings Opportunity Review.
- You have provided all reasonably requested information.
- You have implemented all eligible recommendations identified by Comparison Junction, except where implementation is impossible due to provider rejection or legal restrictions.
- You comply with these Terms and all related agreements.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, free memberships are not eligible.

The services reviewed depend on the information you provide and the products available through Comparison Junction at the time of review.
5. What Counts as a Savings Opportunity
For the purposes of this Guarantee, a Savings Opportunity may include:
- Lower recurring monthly costs.
- Lower annual costs.
- Bill credits.
- Cashback offers.
- Promotional incentives.
- Reduced fees.
- Improved service value at the same or lower price.
- Enhanced coverage or benefits without additional cost.
- Avoided unnecessary costs through better product selection.
Comparison Junction determines the estimated value of identified savings opportunities using reasonable methodologies and available market information.
6. Customer Responsibilities
To qualify for the Guarantee, you agree to:
- Complete your customer profile accurately.
- Provide requested bills, contracts, invoices, or account information.
- Respond to reasonable requests for additional information.
- Participate in the Savings Opportunity Review process.
- Review the recommendations provided.
- Implement all eligible recommendations within the timeframe specified by Comparison Junction.
- Maintain an active membership throughout the review period.
Failure to complete these steps may result in ineligibility.
7. Comparison Junction Responsibilities
Comparison Junction will use commercially reasonable efforts to:
- Review your submitted information.
- Compare eligible products and services.
- Identify available savings opportunities.
- Prepare a personalized Savings Opportunity Report™.
- Recommend suitable providers based on available information.
- Provide ongoing support where included in your membership.
- Act honestly, transparently, and in good faith throughout the review process.
8. How Savings Are Calculated
Savings opportunities are calculated using information reasonably available at the time of comparison, including:
- Current customer pricing.
- Publicly available pricing.
- Participating provider pricing.
- Promotional offers.
- Incentives.
- Estimated annual recurring savings.
- Improved value for equivalent or lower cost.
Future provider pricing cannot be guaranteed.
9. Qualification for the Guarantee
A refund becomes available only if:
- Comparison Junction completes your Savings Opportunity Report™.
- You implement every eligible recommendation.
- The combined documented savings opportunities identified by Comparison Junction are less than two (2) times your eligible annual membership fee.
10. Exclusions
The Guarantee does not apply where:
- Information supplied is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Bills or required documentation are not provided.
- Recommendations are not implemented.
- A provider rejects an application.
- Existing services already represent highly competitive market pricing.
- Market prices change after recommendations are made.
- Regulatory restrictions prevent implementation.
- Fraud or abuse is suspected.
- Membership has expired or is not in good standing.
- The customer refuses reasonable cooperation during the review.
11. Refund Process
Eligible members may submit a refund request by contacting Comparison Junction Customer Support within 30 days after receiving their completed Savings Opportunity Report™.
Comparison Junction may request reasonable supporting documentation.
If the claim is approved:
- 100% of the eligible annual membership fee will be refunded.
- Refunds will generally be issued using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
- Refunds represent the sole remedy under this Guarantee.
12. Claim Review
Each claim is reviewed individually.
Comparison Junction will assess:
- Membership eligibility.
- Information provided.
- Recommendations made.
- Recommendations implemented.
- Savings calculations.
- Compliance with these Terms.
Customers will receive written notification of the outcome.
13. Good Faith Administration
Comparison Junction administers this Guarantee in good faith.
Our priority is to help customers achieve meaningful savings and improved value rather than process refunds.
Whenever possible, we will work collaboratively with customers to maximize available opportunities before determining guarantee eligibility.
14. No Guarantee of Market Conditions
Comparison Junction cannot control:
- Utility pricing.
- Insurance premiums.
- Telecom pricing.
- Government taxes.
- Regulatory changes.
- Provider eligibility.
- Market conditions.
The Guarantee applies only to savings opportunities reasonably identifiable at the time of review.
15. Fraud Prevention
Comparison Junction reserves the right to deny claims where it reasonably believes that:
- Information has been falsified.
- Documents have been altered.
- Fraud or abuse has occurred.
- The Guarantee is being manipulated.
- Membership terms have been intentionally circumvented.
16. Changes to the Guarantee
Comparison Junction may modify or discontinue the 2× Savings Guarantee™ for future memberships at any time.
Any changes will not affect guarantees already earned under the terms applicable at the time the membership was purchased.
17. Limitation of Liability
Except as expressly provided in these Terms, the 2× Savings Guarantee™ does not create any additional warranties, representations, or obligations.
Comparison Junction's maximum liability under this Guarantee is limited to the refund of the eligible annual membership fee.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Customer Acknowledgement
By purchasing an eligible CJ OWL membership, you acknowledge that:
- You have read and understood these Terms.
- You agree to the eligibility requirements.
- You understand the Guarantee conditions.
- You understand that the purpose of the Guarantee is to reward active participation in the Savings Opportunity Review process.
- You understand that the Guarantee provides a refund of the eligible annual membership fee if all qualifying conditions are met.
